New York Workers Compensation will actually SAVE employers money in 2015

Yes – you read that headline right. New York’s workers compensation assessment (fees paid by employers for running the system) will drop from 13.8 to 13.2% in 2015 saving over $45million dollars.

But this is such good news the anti-injured worker crew has forgotten to tell anyone! It is pretty amazing that the reforms and changes implemented in the past few years, that have been beating up injured workers will actually accomplish something they intended to do – save some money for employers and improve the business climate.

Lets hope the politicians remember this when the Business Council and Insurance Industry try their best to hold down benefits and decrease services to those most in need – injured workers!

Testimonial

They kept my best interests at heart. Updates on a regular basis of the status of the case and returning of calls was much more prompt after I started dealing with the same lawyers and support team.
