What Happened?
Our client, a Physician’s Assistant, injured his neck, back and right shoulder while helping one of his patients get on and off the X-ray bed. The insurance company was trying to lower his weekly payments and put a cap on them, which would have resulted in an end to his payments soon.
The Results 💪
That is when The Disability Guys, we got to work! Through litigation we were able to convince the Judge that our client remained totally disabled from all employment and that payments should continue into the foreseeable future at the maximum allowable rate. This resulted in the insurance company eventually settling the case for $350,000.00.
