Benai Lifshitz has been admitted to the practice of law since 2008. She is a 2003 graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in sociology and philosophy. She received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2007.
She has spent more than a decade fighting for the rights of injured workers before the workers compensation board and the New York State Employee's Retirement Board. Benai has been part of The Disability Guys team since 2013.
When she is not at work she is studying the Israeli martial Art — Krav Maga.
