What is a BRAT Diet?

The BRAT diet includes foods that won’t irritate your stomach.  The BRAT diet should only be consumed when you can eat solid food without vomiting.  Stay on the BRAT diet for no more than 48 hrs.  Slowly add solid foods back in your diet for more balanced nutrition.
