Mitchell J. Schroeder


Mitchell Schroeder is a 2006 graduate of Pace Law School. He is an experienced litigation attorney and retired police officer. Mitchell began developing his command of public sector and disability law while serving as Clarkstown P.B.A. President and Grievance Committee Vice Chairman. He has been representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters since 2006. Mitchell is fluent in Spanish and has been serving as of counsel to the Rockland County Police Hispanic Society since 2007. He also serves as a New York City Small Claims Court Arbitrator. In Mitchell’s nonworking hours, he enjoys spending time with (his wife) Maritza and (son) Max.
