Markhoff & Mittman recently settled the case of an employee who worked at an educational farm facility. She seriously injured her neck while lifiting an 80lb bag of fertilizer. Luckily, our client was able to return to work after extensive treatment and therapy,  but at a different job, earning less money as a result of the injury. Based on these facts our client was still entitled to weekly benefits and medical care. We were able to secure a lump sum settlement in the amount of $127,400.00 in addition to all prior monies paid. (The equivalent of 7 years of benefits!)
