Adventureland has been operating as Long Island’s main amusement park since 1962 and features a combination of thirty new and old rides. Thrill Rides
Adventureland features a variety of thrill rides. Most of these require riders to be either 54 inches tall, or 48 inches tall if they ride with an adult. While they may not be good options for small children, parents can enjoy thrills on these rides with their tweens and teens. Some of our favorite thrill rides in the park include:
- Bumper cars – Bumper cars are a classic staple of any amusement park. The cars at Adventureland are modeled after Formula One racing cars, surrounded by LED decorations. This upgraded version of an old favorite is sure to offer fun for the whole family.
