Former laborer with injuries to neck, back, right knee and head

Claimant was injured at work in May of 2011 after she fell from a scaffold 8 feet in height. She suffered serious injuries to her neck, lower back, right shoulder and right knee. She required surgery to her right knee and neck. Claimant worked for over 20 years as a handler doing asbestos removal. Despite surgery and her compliance with conservative medical treatment, her pain symptoms have persisted.
